We are seeking driven, enthusiastic shift leaders to join our growing team! As a Shift Leader at Five Guys, you will assist the store manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years previous restaurant experience
• Valid food handlers card (or willing to obtain one)
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate crew members during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service, quality, and cleanliness
• Manage food prep, cooking, and proper safety procedures
• Conduct inventory and cash reconciliation
• Open/close the restaurant following procedures
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members
• Handle customer concerns and complaints
